This policy explains how High End Entertainment, LLC and its divisions — including High End Studios and Tatum & Kash Cardboard Creations ("we," "us") — collect, use, and protect information in connection with our websites, digital products, and applications.
When you purchase a digital product, our payment and marketplace partners (such as Stripe, Etsy, Gumroad, and Whop) collect the information needed to process your order, which may include your name, email address, and billing details. We receive order confirmations and delivery information so we can fulfill your purchase. We also use basic website analytics (Google Analytics) that collect anonymized usage data such as page views and device type.
We use information solely to fulfill orders, deliver digital products, provide customer support, and improve our products and website. We do not sell your personal information.
We operate applications that connect to social platforms, including the Pinterest API, to publish and manage our own marketing content (such as product pins) on business accounts that we own and control. These integrations access only the account data of the account owner who authorizes them, and are used exclusively to create, schedule, and manage our own content. We do not access, collect, or store data belonging to other Pinterest users. Use of Pinterest data is subject to the Pinterest Developer & API Terms and the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
We share information only with the service providers necessary to run our business (payment processors, marketplaces, email delivery, and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments.
We retain information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Access tokens used for platform integrations are stored securely and used only by our own systems.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
The Cardboard Creations shop (shop.highendmusiconline.com) sets analytics cookies only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
